◾️Ordering Process

Order → Payment Confirmation → Order Confirmation → Shipment → Delivery

※Due to having warehouses overseas, there may be a delay in reflecting stock availability. If an item is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, we will cancel and refund that item at the "Order Confirmation" stage.
※Upon arrival, please be sure to check the items for any discrepancies or defects within 5 days. We cannot accept returns after this period.

◾️Shipping

Items will be shipped within 10 to 21 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes another 1 to 3 days.

※For deliveries within Japan.
※If an order is returned to the sender due to long-term absence or failure to receive the package, the cost of re-shipment will be borne by the customer.

 

◾️Shipping Fees

Flat rate of 800 yen nationwide

※The actual cost may be lower than stated above depending on coupons or campaigns applied.

 

◾️Coupons

When using a coupon, please ensure it has been applied (via dedicated URL or coupon code) before proceeding to checkout. Please be careful, as we frequently see cases where customers forget to apply coupons when using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

◾️Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Please double-check your order details carefully before purchasing.

※If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us before the item is shipped. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.

 

◾️Returns

If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, we will issue a refund or exchange (unless the item is out of stock).

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via our official LINE or through the inquiry form within 5 days of arrival.

Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Tags or other accessories have been removed or are missing
・The item has been used even once
・No response is received within 5 days after our reply (including cases due to incorrect email addresses)
・Returns for personal reasons (including differences in image or size)
・Cases due to minor errors, wrinkles, fraying, or stains
・Cases due to damaged packaging

 

◾️Other

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, etc., and you do not respond to our email notifications for over one month (including cases due to incorrect email addresses or full mailboxes), the items will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
